Fresh Mango Ice cream recipe:
1 cup(approx.) Mango Pulp
1 cup Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup Heavy Cream
1/2 cup Milk
2-3 drops Vanilla Essence
2-3 drops Mango Essence
Yellow Food colour as required
Peel and cut 1-2 mangoes into small pieces. Put them in a food processor along with the milk and make the pulp. In a separate bowl, lightly whip the cream along with vanilla essence. Take a deep utensil, preferably steel, in which to set the ice cream. (The utensil needs to be deep because the ice cream tends to splatter out while beating with a mixie). Put the pulp, condensed milk, whipped cream and all the other ingredients. Now lightly beat with an electric mixer and keep in the freezer to set. Remove it after 1-2 hours (approx.) till half-set, beat it again till smooth. Repeat this process for almost 3-4 times. It's a long wait but trust me, at the end, you get the most creamiest and smoothest ice cream ever! Garnish with mango pieces, a dollop of whipped cream and cherries. Enjoy!
