Redknapp hints at bid for Blackburn pair
Tottenham Hotspur boss Harry Redknapp is not ruling out a January move for Blackburn pair Junior Hoilett and Chris Samba.
Hoilett has been Blackburn's standout performer during a difficult season, but his contract runs out in the summer and Rovers boss Steve Kean admits the club will have to listen to offers for the player during January.
Samba, reportedly the subject of a £5 million bid from QPR, is also thought to be on Spurs' radar as Redknapp currently has just three fit centre backs to choose from.
And Redknapp has done nothing to quash speculation of a double raid by hailing the pair. "I'm sure Steve Kean will want to hang on to them in their situation, but they are good players," Redknapp said.
