    Health:What is best way keep Triglycerides(Cholestrol) down

    Triglycerides ( related with high cholesterol
    level in blood causes heart problem)
    are increased by Carbohydrates, Sugery
    and High fat containing food raises the
    level of Triglycerides. Lower your intake
    of high-suger, high carbohydrate foods,
    high fats diet (say Fast foods etc) may
    bring down your Triglycerides level. Get
    regular emercise, cut back on alcohal
    especially Beer and take fish oil and
    unfried fish preparations.
