4 - medium sized yellow bananas
60 ml - fresh orange juice
30 g - white cooking butter
20 ml - honey
4 scoops - ice cream
Put the orange juice, butter and honey in the shallow bowl, cover and cook for a minute on the high until the butter is melted.
Stir well to prepare the sauce.
Peel the bananas and halve them lengthwise.
Place them in the bowl and gently turn over to coat them well with the cooked sauce.
Cook for 4 minutes on the high until the bananas begin to bubble.
Allow to cool for few minutes and serve with vanilla ice cream.
