Chocolate 100 grams
Butter 50 gram
Milk ¼ cup
Coco powder 1 tbsp
Sugar 75 gram
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Gelatin 1 tsp
Water ¼ cup
Fresh cream 200 grams
Caster sugar 1 cup
Place the chocolate in a heatproof bowl and place it over a pan of boiling water.
Leave to melt, stirring occasionally .Add in butter, milk, cocoa powder and mix well
In a bowl beat the eggs with caster sugar till fluffy. Add vanilla essence and fold the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture .
Now fold in the gelatin very gently followed by the whipped cream .
Chill in the refrigerator till firm or set
Decorate with fresh cream and grated chocolate.
