Black Pepper Chicken
Black pepper corns, crushed ½ cup
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Curry leaves 1 stem
Tomatoes, chopped 1/2 cup
Onion, sliced 1
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garlic, chopped 10 cloves
Oil 4 tbsp
Marinate crushed pepper corns, turmeric and salt mix it with the chicken
and refrigerate for an hour. Heat oil in a wok and add cloves first. After that put in the garlic and then the onion. Once the onions are sautéed, add the tomatoes. Add the coriander powder.
Sauté till oil gets separated from the paste, Now add a cup of water and the curry leaves.
Once it starts boling add the marinated chicken.
Cook covered till the chicken is tender and serve hot with rotis.
