1 batch of pizza dough, homemade
1 cup pizza sauce, homemade
1 pound shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pepperoni, sliced and diced small
Any additional toppings that you prefer
Starting with the longest end, gently roll your log, gently tucking the roll with each turn to wrap it tightly. Using a serated knife, slice the log into rolls about 1/2 inch thick.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchement paper or a silpat. Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown. Allow them to cool slightly, and serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
