Veggies Cream Soup
1 small onion, diced
2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
2 cups (500 mL) veggies, chopped
2 tbsp (30 mL) flour
4 cups (1 L) Chicken stock
1/2 cup (125 mL) Cream
Start by sautéing an onion and then
toss in your favourite veggies with
flour and soup stock.
Bring everything to a boil and simmer
for 20 minutes. Blend it all together.
Then gently ladle in some cream to
give it a silky smooth texture .
