Semolina Cream Dessert
Biscuits 1 packet
Butter 1 small packet
Semolina 1 ½ cup
Condensed milk 1 tin
Cream 2 packets
Sugar ½ cup
Strawberries/cherries 1 tin
Pistachios a few
Pre heat the ovem at 180 C. Now take a baking tray and grease it well.
Spread the biscuit crumble on it and put the butter on it. Let it bake.
Now make sugar syrup and add in the semolina to it. Let it cook well.
Now add in condensed milk and incorporate everything really well.
Pour this mixture over the baked biscuit crumble and cool it in the fridge.
Now beat cream well and add pistachios to it and spread it over the mixture.
Decorate it with strawberries/cherries and serve chilled.
