Chicken 1 kg
Egg whites 3
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Chicken cube flour 1 tbsp
White vinegar 1tbsp
Sesame seed oil ½ tsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Crushed black pepper ½ tbsp
Corn flour2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Wash the chicken and add in 1 tbsp garlic paste, some salt,
1 tbsp white vinegar and ½ tsp sesame seed oil and keep it for an hour.
Take a bowl and add in 3 egg whites, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp soya sauce,
2 tbsp flour, ½ tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp chicken cube flour and some salt.
Beat it. Dip the chicken pieces in the mixture and deep fry it till they are golden brown.
Serve it with soya sauce and chili sauce.
