    Assalaam-O-alaikum

    Aisa bohat see wajoohat kii bina per ho sakta hay, yaa aap mentaly distrubed hain, yaa phir aap upset hain, yaa aap per susti aur kaheli chayii hoyee hay, yaa phir koi health issues bhi ho saktay hain such as hypertension, sugar level being dropped or high, blood pressure is not regular, etc etc.

    Kuch baatain hain jinn ko follow kar kay INSHALLAH aisi kafiyat say bacha jaa sakta hay..

    1. Apnay dinn ki shurooaat achii karain, SUBAH uth kar Fajar ki namaz (Bajamaat mardo kay liye) paRhna insaan ko tar-o-taaza bana daita hay, waisay bhi there is a saying 'Early to bed, Early to rise, is healthy and wise)
    2. Nabi-e-Karim SAW nay humesha 'susti aur kaheli' say punah maangi hay isi liye aap Fajar ki Namaz kay baad (aur har namaz kay baad bhi paRh saktay hain) ALLAH SWT say dua'a maangain اللهم اني اعوذبك من الكسل وسوء الكبر (Yaani YA-ALLAH main tujh say Kasal (Yaani Sustii, kahili) aur Su-ul-kubar (PuRhapay ki Takleefon or baybasi) say panah maangta hoon.
    3. Raat ko jaldii sonay ki aadat daalain, iss say aap subah fresh uthay gain.
    4. Subah agar ALARM set kia hay tou SNOOZE na dabayain, iss say aap mazeed sonay kay chakkar main thakawat ka shikaar rahay gain.
    5. Muskuraatay huway uthain, aap SAW ki sunnat hay kay aap subah uth kar dono hatheliyan apni aankhon per phair kar ALLAH SWT say dua kartay thay.
    6. Apnay aap ko poora time dain tayyari ka, jaisay tooth brush, facial wash, try early morning shower, you will feel fresh for sure
    7. Acha naashta karna dinn bhar aap ko 'active' rakhta hay, mentaly bhi aur physically bhi, so have good breakfast (offcourse dont over-eat) (Avoid foods that are soaked in grease, butter, or maple syrup. These foods can be great for the weekend or special occasions, when you're trying indulge and relax a little more and aren't so focused on being alert.)
    8. Before breakfast, do some light exerciese such as push-ups, running or walking on treadmill for about 30-15 minutes.
    9. Wear the colours of your choice, wear according to the weather, like in winter wear dark colours and take precautions so you dont get cold, in summer wear light color and do light make-up (if you do, this tip of doing make-up is for women only ).
    10. and Finally before leaving the house, pray the dua'a and believe in ALLAH SWT that whatever good or bad is going to happen this day, will be an exam from ALLAH SWT, if good say ALHAMDULLILAH and if bad say ALHAMDULLILAH.... becuase no matter what happens ALLAH SWT does it to test our IMAN and as a true believer of ALLAH SWT and his messenger Mohammad SAW we must always feel POSITIVE

    Overall, we must adopt good and healthy habit to avoid any 'health issues' in future, according to the study it take 23 years for human to generate a heart disease (it means we ABUSE our heart for 23 years to get any disease), therefore to avoid such situation adopt the habit of any 'heart patient' or 'diebetic patient' you will NEVER get 'heart dieases' and you will never get 'diebetics'.

    May ALLAH SWT light and guide our ways AMEEN SUM AMEEN.

    PS: Meri post ki tawaalat kay liye paishgii maazrat, I tried to reduce my words to make this post as short as possible, but I couldnt help much.. we can surely discuss this issue in much details, and we can learn to live 'Healthy and fit' with our converstaion. Please pray 5 times a day as it is compulsory on us, and it is also considered as 'light exercise', and trust me whenever you feel tired just get up, perform wudhoo (ablution) you will surely feel fresh, I have tried in personally it always worked
