Andon ki Mithai
- Egg 3
- Powdered milk 1 cup
- Sugar 1/2 cup
- Clarified butter 1/2 cup
- Green cardamom a few pods
- Silver leaves for garnish
Whisk eggs with hand whisk keep a side.
Now heat clarified butter add green cardamom and splutter them, now keep a side for a while and let clarified butter little cool.
Now add powdered milk, eggs and sugar stir with spoon to mix well and let cook on low flame.
Keep stirring spoon continuously until mixture starts to dry.
When it change color in golden brown and clarified butter comes out on surface, remove into a plate and evenly smooth it by spoon.
Leave to get cool and form into solidified shape.
Cut into small square pieces garnish with silver paper.
