Thaw puff pastry in the fridge over night.
Lay into a big rectangle and fill one half with meat and veg mixture. Fold puff pastry over filling and pinch to seal. Cut slits to let steam escape.
Bake in preheated oven 375 degrees F for 15 - 17 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
