    sarso ka sagh with makhan makkai

    Sarson Ka Saag Recipe Picture - 《☆》Cooking Comp August 2014 《☆》

    Ingredients

    • Fresh Mustard Leaves 1 kg
    • Salt as per taste
    • Garlic 6 cloves
    • Onions (chopped) 1 medium
    • Whole Red Chillies 6-8
    • Green Chillies 4
    • Maize Flour* 1/2 cup
    • Dalda VTF Banaspati 1 cup

    • Garnish:
    • Butter or Margine 2 tbsp
    • Ginger(julienne) 2 tbsp



    Cooking Directions

    1. Wash mustard leaves thoroughly and finely chop them.
    2. In a pot, cook the leaves with salt, garlic, onion, red and green chillies till water from the leaves dries.
    3. Remove from heat and grind when cool.In the same pot, heat Dalda VTF Banaspati on medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
    4. Add ground saag (mustard leaves) and stir well for 5-7 minutes.
    5. Add maize flour and mix well.Cover and cook on low heat for 5 minutes and remove from stove.
    6. Garnish and serve hot.

    INGREDIENTS:

    sela chawal 1kg,
    Chicken, beef ya motton 1kg,
    Pyaz 2adad half slice cutting,
    Tamater 2adad chopped,
    Adrak lahsan paste 2tab sp,
    Dahi 1cup,
    Lal mirch powder 1tab sp,
    Kutti lal mirch 1tab sp,
    Haldi powder 1tea sp,
    kutti kali mirch half tea sp,
    Dhanya powder 2tab sp,
    garam masala powder 1tea sp,
    namak 3tab sp,
    Aloo bukhara 10adad,
    Jayfal jawitry pissa hua half tea sp,
    Garam masala sabit 2tab sp,
    Tez patta 1adad,
    Kewra water 2tea sp,
    Doodh 1cup,
    Zarda colour half tea sp,
    Ghee 4tab sp,
    Oil 1cup,
    ( podina k pattey, adrak julian 1tab sp, lemon slice 8adad, sabit hari mirch 8adad,)

    TARKEEB:

    1, sela chawal 25min bhigo dain, barey pateeley main 3jug pani boil karen, sabit garam masala, tez batta, 2 tab sp namak, 4tab sp oil dalen boil aney lagey to bheege hue chawal dalen 8min main 1 kani boil kar k utar lain or chalni main dal dain,
    2, ab oil garam karen, pyaz golden karen, adrak lahsan dalen, gosht dalen bhoon lain, ager beef ya motton hai to 2glass pani dalen darmiyani aanch pe gala lain or pani dry kar lain, ager chicken hai to pani na dalen wese hi bhoon lain,
    3, ab tamater dalen, bhoon lain, jaifal jawetry or aloo bukara k ilawa tamam masaley dalen, or 1tab sp namak dal k bhoon lain, ab dahi dalen dhak k darmiyani aanch pe pakney dain, oil uper ajaye choola band kar dain, or aloo bukhara dal k mix karen, korma tayar hai,
    4, ab barey pateeley main pani half cup dalen or 2tab sp oil dalen mix karen ta k chawal k tah na jaley, ab chawal dalen, adha korma dalen, ab podina k pattey, lemon slice, hari mirch, adrak julian dalen, phir chawal dalen, phir baki korma dalen, phir podina, adrak, lemon, hari mirc, phir akir main chawal ki tah dalen, ab akhir main kewra water dalen, doodh phela k dalen, ghee dalen, or zarda colour ik side pe dalen, or akhir main jaifal jawetry powder dalen, or dhakan laga k dam pe laga dain 25 se 30min,
    Mix kar k nikalen, mazedaar sindhi biryani tayar hai,
