Fried Chicken with Curry Seasoning
800g boneless drumstick and cut into cubes
1 tablespoon sugar coffee
1 1/2 teaspoon curry coffee
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon soy sauce soup (soy sauce)
1 tablespoon sake soup (dry rice wine)
Corn starch (cornstarch) enough
Season the chicken pieces with sugar, curry, salt, soy sauce and sake and leave for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally to spice evenly.
Spend chickens for corn starch without squeezing.Remove excess of starch, because its thin layer will cause it to be very crisp.
Thoroughly warm up the oil and fry over medium heat to fry whole (fry them right then, so do not get wet).
