    سادہ آلو مرغ شوربے دار
    اجزاء:
    آلو----------------------- 4درمیانے
    چکن--------------------- 1عدد
    نمک--------------------- حسبِ ذوق
    ادرک لہسن پیسٹ--------- حسبِ ضرورت
    تیل----------------------- 1/2کپ
    پیاز----------------------- 2عدد
    کٹی ادرک---------------- 1کھانے کا چمچہ
    ہری مرچ----------------- 3عدد
    گرم مصالحہ پاﺅڈر-------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
    لال مرچ پاﺅڈر------------ 1چائے کاچمچ
    ہلدی---------------------- 1/2چائے کا چمچہ
    دھنیا---------------------- 1-1/2کھانے کا چمچہ
    زیرہ---------------------- 1چائے کا چمچہ
    کالی مرچ----------------- 6عدد
    لونگ--------------------- 4عدد
    ہرا دھنیا------------------ 1کھانے کا چمچہ
    چاول---------------------- سرونگ کے لئے
    دہی------------------------ سرونگ کے لئے


    Sada Alo Murgh Shorbay Dar banane ka tarika

    گرم تیل میں چکن کو ادرک لہسن لگا کر فرائی کرکے نکال لیں۔
    پھر اسی تیل میں سلائس پیاز ڈال کر بھون لیں۔
    جب رنگ تبدیل ہونے لگے تواس میں چکن شامل کرکے 5منٹ تک ڈھک دیں، اتنا کہ پانی خشک ہوجائے۔
    اب اس میں آلو ڈالیں۔ساتھ ہی شوربے کے لئے 2گلاس پانی ڈال کر اُبال آنے دیں۔
    جب تیل الگ ہوجائے تو گرم مصالحہ پاﺅڈر، ہرا دھنیا اور ہر مرچ شامل کرکے5منٹ تک ڈھک کر پکائیں۔
    گرم گرم چاولوں کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔

    Default Dahi Wala Murgh Shorba

    • Ingredients:
    • Chicken 1 kg
    • Tomatoes 4
    • Roasted cumin 1 tbsp
    • Roasted whole coriander 1 tbsp
    • Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
    • Yogurt 1 cup
    • Kashmiri chili 6
    • Roasted cardamom 4
    • Salt 1 tsp
    • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
    • Roasted whole black pepper 1 tsp
    • Coriander leaves 1 bunch
    • Green chilies 4
    • Fried onion 1/2 cup
    • Oil as required
    • Water 4 glass
    • Method:
    • Heat water in pan, put Kashmiri chili, cumin, black pepper, whole coriander and cardamom and cook it.
    • When all ingredients are soft , cool it.
    • Now put tomatoes, yogurt, fried onion and boiled masala in grinder and grind it.
    • Heat oil in other pan, put salt, ginger garlic paste, turmeric and masala and roast it nicely.
    • Now put chicken and roast it.
    • When it is roasted and cook water and chicken on low flame.
    • Chicken tender, close stove.
    • Then sprinkle coriander leaves and green chilies and serve.

    Aaloo Gosht Recipe

    Ingredients



    1 Kg. Mutton
    ½ Kg Potato-peeled and cut into pieces of 1 to 2 inches.
    ¼ tsp. turmeric (Haldi) powder
    1 tsp. chili (Lal Mirch) powder
    3 tbs. coriander (Dhaniya) seeds powder
    2-3 medium onion–chopped or sliced
    ½ cup oil
    1 tbs. ginger (Adrak) paste
    1 tsp. garlic (Lehsan) paste
    1 tsp. garam masala powder
    6-8 cloves (Laung)
    6-8 black pepper (Kali Mirch)
    2 black cardamom (Bari Ilaichi)
    1½ tsp. salt (adjust to taste)
    1 cup fresh coriander (Dhaniya) leaves
    2-3 green chilies–chopped
    1-2 Lemon


    Instructions

    Fry the onion in oil till brown. Remove the onion and grind.
    Add haldi, dhaniya, mirch, garlic, ginger and salt in the oil. Fry with little water till water dries.
    Add mutton and ground onion and cook till water dries again.
    Add 3 to 4 glasses of water, cover and cook till the meat tenderizes.
    When meat is almost done add potatoes and cook till the potatoes are cooked and the required gravy is left. Cook throughout on low heat.
    Garnish with fresh dhaniya, green chilies and lemon.
    Serve with naan.
    Serving: 6–8 persons
