Asif probe committee to set procedure today

KARACHI: The new committee, which was formed to investigate the Dubai case of Muhammad Asif would set its investigations procedure today.

The committee would likely begin Dubai scandal investigations after the series against Sri Lanka.

The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has formed a three-member committee to probe Muhammad Asif case. The committee comprised of Director HR Wasim Bari, PCB doctor Sohail Salim and PCB media director Asif Sohail.

Talking to Geo News, Dr. Sohail Salim said the committee would likely start investigations after February 25 because of the series against Sri Lanka.

Muhammad Asif, on the other hand, would leave for India tomorrow to get the payments from Delhi Daredevils.
