PHF condoles death of former Olympian Rasheed

LAHORE: President Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) Qasim Zia and Secretary Muhammad Asif Bajwa have condoled the death of former hockey Olympian, Rasheed Senior.

In a condolence message to the members of the bereaved family they expressed their heartfelt sympathies with them and prayed to Allah Almighty that the departed soul may rest in eternal pace.

They also recounted Rasheed’s services for the cause of Pakistan hockey and termed his death a great loss for the game.

Meanwhile, former Olympian director technical, PHF, Rana Mujahid Ali, Chief Selector Hassan Sardar, former International Muhammad Shafiq and Chairman FIH Coaching Group Tayyab Ikram have also expressed their deep sorrow on the sad demise of Rasheed.
