    Greek Vegetable Pizza



    All You Need

    1 prepared 12” (30 cm) pizza crust
    1 cup (250 mL) shredded pizza blended or mozzarella cheese
    3 tbsp (45 mL) Club House Greek One Step Seasoning
    1 cup (250 mL) sliced tomatoes
    cup (62 mL) diced red onion
    1 cup (250 mL) thinly sliced zucchini, quartered
    cup (125 mL) crumbled feta cheese
    1/3 cup (82 mL) pitted kalamata (Greek) olives, halved

    All You Do

    Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Sprinkle half of mozzarella cheese on top. Scatter remaining ingredients over cheese. Top with rest of mozzarella. Bake at 400F (200C) for 15 to 20 minutes or until heated through.

    Tip:
    To prepare your own pizza cheese combine shredded mozzarella, Cheddar and Parmesan cheese.

    Parmesan Thin Crust Pizza Dough

    Prepare Parmesan Thin Crust Pizza Dough according to recipe below.

    Prepare Topping Ingredients according to recipe below.

    When ready to assemble, preheat the oven and pizza stone or tiles to 450 degrees F.
    *

    Place the toppings on the pizza according to the directions below.
    *

    Bake the pizza in the center of the oven until the crust is golden brown, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
    *

    Remove your pizza from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a serving pan. This cooling down step allows the crust to stay crisp and the topping to set. Once cool, cut your pizza into slice and serve.
    *

    Makes 2 (14-inch) pizzas or 1 (24-inch) pizza.


    Parmesan Thin Crust Pizza Dough:
    1 to 1 1/2 cups warm water (110 degrees F.)*
    1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
    1/2 teaspoon coarse salt
    1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
    3 cups bread flour
    2 teaspoons instant active dry yeast

    * The amount of Parmesan cheese used will indicated how much water will need to be added. I always seem to add more Parmesan cheese than the 1/2 cup water called for in the recipe. Because of this, I always need to add the extra 1/2 cup water. If you think you need to add additional water, add warm water, a tablespoon at a time).

    Add all the ingredients in the bread pan of bread machine. Process according to manufacturer's instructions for a dough setting. It should form a nice elastic ball. If you think the dough is too moist, add additional flour (a tablespoon at a time). The same is true if the dough is looking dry and gnarly. Add warm water (a tablespoon at a time).

    When dough cycle has finished, remove dough from pan and place into a lightly oiled bowl. Cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and let the dough do a slow rise for 24 hours in the refrigerator before using. Do not skip this step.

    When ready to use, remove from refrigerator and allow the dough to come to room temperature, approximately 1 to 2 hours.

    Meanwhile preheat the oven and pizza stone or tiles to 450 degrees F.

    Turn the dough out onto a large surface and dust the pizza dough with flour. Pick up the dough and, keeping both hands together, grasp it lightly at the top of the edge. Letting gravity do the work, start rotating the dough as though you are turning the steering wheel of a car and don’t stop until you’ve gone all the way around. This will stretch the dough without the risk of thinning out the center too much. Roll and stretch the dough out very thin to form a 24-inch or larger circle.

    Place the dough on the prepared peel. The dough must be docked. NOTE: Thin pizza crusts usually need to be well docked to help control blistering and bubble formation during baking. This just means to prick it all over the middle part (not the edges) so that it doesn't inflate. Either use a dough docker or use a fork to prick the dough thoroughly.

    Pre-cook the pizza crust for approximately 4 minutes before adding any toppings. After pre-cooking, remove the partially baked crust from the oven and pop any large air pockets with a fork. Let crust cool before topping (this will produce a crispy and chewy crust).


    Toppings:
    8 tablespoons mayonnaise
    3 tablespoons prepared pesto
    Salt and pepper to taste
    6 to 8 bacon slices, cooked crisp and crumbled
    4 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
    3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

    In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and pesto; using a knife, spread mayonnaise mixture over the top of the partially pre-cooked and cooled pizza dough.

    Layer the tomato slices over the mayonnaise mixture; lightly season tomatoes with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the bacon and basil over the top. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over top of pizza.

    Place on hot pizza stone or baking tiles and bake for approximaately 15 minutes or until crust is golden brown on the bottom and the top is bubbly.

    Makes 2 (14-inch) pizzas or 1 (24-inch) pizza.

    Ingredients


    • Basic Pizza Dough
    • 2 teaspoons olive oil
    • 1 cup fat-free bottled pizza sauce
    • 2 cups (8 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
    • 1/2 cup (2 ounces) grated fresh Parmesan cheese
    Preparation

    Position one oven rack in the middle setting. Position another rack in the lowest setting, and place a rimless baking sheet on the bottom rack. Preheat oven to 500.
    Remove plastic wrap from Basic Pizza Dough; discard plastic. Brush olive oil over dough. Remove preheated baking sheet from oven, and close oven door. Slide dough onto preheated baking sheet, using a spatula as a guide. Bake on lowest oven rack at 500 for 8 minutes. Remove from oven.
    Spread sauce in an even layer over crust, leaving a 1/4-inch border. Top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake on middle rack an additional 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese melts. Cut into 12 wedges.

    Veggie Lover's Pizza Recipe

    Ingredients

    1 tbsp oil

    1 tsp crushed red chillies

    1 large onion, chopped

    1 cup tomatoes, sliced

    1 large green pepper, de-seeded and chopped

    1 medium capsicum, chopped

    1 cup broccoli/cauliflower florets

    1/2 cup olives

    1 cup mozzarella cheese

    1 cup pizza sauce

    2 thin pizza crusts


    Directions

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

    In a large non-stick pan, heat oil and add crushed red chillies, onion, pepper and capsicum and saut them for five minutes or until they begin to soften.

    Toss in the broccoli or cauliflower florets and olives, and cook for a couple of minutes. Remove from heat.

    Place the pizza crusts on two non-stick baking trays and evenly sprinkle half the cheese.

    Spread the pizza sauce over them and then arrange the sauted vegetables and tomato slices on the crusts.

    Sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes or until the edges of the crust are golden brown.

    Serve immediately or reheat in the microwave to serve.

    مرچ پاؤڈر چٹکی بھر
    ٹماٹر کا پیسٹ کپ
    سجاوٹ کے لئے:
    شملہ مرچ دو عدد درمیانہ سائز
    پنیر 200گرام
    سبز زیتون(پکے ہوئے) 4-5عدد
    مکئی کے دانے کپ
    سرخ مرچ کے چھلکے دو چائے کے چمچ
    ٹماٹر دو عدد درمیانہ سائز
    مشروم 10-12عدد
    کالے زیتون (پکے ہوئے)4-5عدد
    مزریلہ پنیر (کش کیا ہوا)دوکپ
    خشک اور گینو چائے کا چمچہ

    ترکیب


    سوس کے لئے:
    1۔ٹماٹر دھو کر چار ٹکڑوں میں کاٹیں اور پیاز چھیل کر دھونے کے بعد باریک کاٹ لیں۔ لہسن بھی چھیل کر باریک کاٹ لیں اور تلسی کے پتے دھو کر ہاتھ سے مسل لیں۔
    2۔ٹماٹروں کو مائیکروویو پیالے میں ڈالیں۔بغیر ڈھانپے مائیکروویوہائی(100%پر تین منٹ کے لئے پکائیں۔
    3۔پھر اس میں سوس بنانے والی تمام اشیائے ضرورت ڈالیں اور بغیر ڈھانپے مائیکروویوہائی(100%)پر تین منٹ کے لئے پکائیں۔
    4۔ٹھنڈا ہونے پر پیس کر نرم پیسٹ بنا لیں۔
    سجاوٹ کے لئے:
    5۔شملہ مرچ دھو لیں۔ پھر اوپر سے کاٹ کر بیج نکال دیں اور آدھ سینٹی میٹر موٹائی کے سلائس کاٹ لیں۔
    6۔ٹماٹر دھو کر آدھ سینٹی میٹرموٹائی کے گول سلائس کاٹ لیں۔ پنیر کو آدھ سینٹی میٹر کے چوکور موٹے ٹکڑوں میں کاٹیں کہ ہر کونہ ایک انچ کا ہو۔
    7۔مشروم دھو کر باریک سلائس کر لیں۔ سبز اور کالے زیتون کے بھی باریک سلائس کر لیں۔
    پیزا کے لئے:
    8ہر پیزا بیس پر سوس پھیلائیں اور آدھ کش کیا ہوا پنیر دونوں پیزا بیس پر پھیلائیں۔ ہر پیزا کے ایک چوتھائی حصے پر مکئی کے دانے، دوسرے چوتھائی حصے پر مشروم کے سلائس، تیسرے چوتھائی حصے پر کٹی ہوئی شملہ مرچ اور ٹماٹر ڈالیں۔ چوتھے حصے پر پنیر کے ٹکڑے ڈالیں۔ ان پر سرخ مرچ کے چھلکے اور گینو اور باقی بچا ہوا پنیر چھڑک دیں۔ سب ز یتون کے سلائس پنیر کے سلائسوں پر ڈال دیں جبکہ کالے زیتون کے سلائس مشروم کے سلائسوں پرڈال دیں جبکہ کالے زیتون کے سلائس مشروم کے سلائسوں پر ڈال دیں۔ پیزا کو مائیکروویو پلیٹ میں رکھیں۔ بغیر ڈھانپے مائیکروویولو(Low)(40%)پر دومنٹ کے لئے پکائیں یا گرل ٹاپ پر دس منٹ کے لئے پکائیں۔

    PIzza ki Bread (Roti) k lie. . . Maida , Salt , Sugar , Yeast (khameer) , halka garam milk half cup or 3 table spoon oil darkar hein

    Topping k lie ... Meat ya chicken , cheesse , capsicum (shimla mirch ) , onion , olives (zatoon) , mashroom (if u lyk) , musturd paste (if u lyk) , tomatots (cubes cuts) (if u lyk). .


    Maida . . . depend karta hai k ap ko kitni bread banani hai waise jo size mene banaya hai ais k lie 1 nd half cup maida thek rahe ga ais mai Salt half tea spoon , Sugar ... 1 table spoon , oil 3 tbl spoon , yeast (khameer) or garam milk mila kar hanton se sub chezain mix kar lein ab pani se dondh lein per pani bahat zada na dalain andaza rakhhain k maida tight rahe zara per bahat hard b nahi gondhain . . .

    ab ais ko 1 ghante k lie kisi cotton k kapre se dhak kar rakh dein , . . gondhne k 15 min k bad hanton mai thora sa oil laga kar maida ko phir se thora hanthon se gondhain yeast (khameer) shamil karne ki waja se ye phoolna sharow hojaye ga or ap ko chote chote se holes bhi mehsos honge ais mai . . .
    Pizza banane se kam se kam 1 adha ghate pehle bread k lie maida gondhna zaroori hai

    ab maide ko kuch sade maide ki madad se bail lein . . agar thick bread k pizza pasand hain to thick bread bailain or agar thin pasand hai to thin bailain me ko to thin pasand hain . . .

    ab agar pizza sauce ghar mai majood hai to wo spread karain aus per . . . waise ketchup bhi laga sakte hein , , me ko ketchup or chilli sauce ki base pasand hai mai wo lagati hun . . . .

    Onion & Tomato Pizza Recipe

    Ready in: < 30 minutes
    Serves/Makes: 4


    Ingredients:
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 tablespoon oil for brushing on pitas
    2 cups sliced onions
    Salt and pepper to taste
    3 tablespoons brown sugar
    4 Greek-style pita breads (at least 6 inches in diameter)
    Garlic powder to taste
    1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
    2 large tomatoes, washed, sliced 1/4 inch thick, halved if desired
    1 1/2 cup sliced fresh spinach, optional
    8 slices cooked bacon, each slice cut in half, divided
    1 cup favorite shredded strong-flavored cheese such as Asiago

    Directions:
    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Heat 1 tablespoon of the olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced onions and season with salt and pepper. Saute the onions until soft, about 3 to 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the brown sugar and continue cooking until the onions turn a golden brown. Remove from the heat and set aside. Place the pita breads on a baking sheet and brush each with a thin coating of olive oil. Sprinkle each with the garlic powder and then about 2 tablespoons of the mozzarella cheese. Top with a portion of the onions and then arrange the tomato slices on the pita. If desired, garnish with some of the spinach in the center. Arrange four bacon slices on top. Bake about 8 to 10 minutes or until the tomatoes begin to soften. Remove from the oven and sprinkle each with 1/4 cup of the cheese. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese melts. Remove from the oven and serve.

    Easy Breakfast Pizza

    INGREDIENTS


    1can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
    8 eggs
    1/4cup half-and-half or milk
    1/8teaspoon salt
    1/8teaspoon pepper
    2tablespoons LAND O LAKES Butter
    1container (8 oz) chive, vegetable or regular cream cheese
    8slices bacon, crisply cooked



    DIRECTIONS


    1.Heat oven to 425F. Spray 12-inch pizza pan with CRISCO Original No-Stick Cooking Spray, or grease with shortening. Unroll dough; place in pan. Starting at center, press out dough with hands to edge of pan.

    2.In medium bowl, beat eggs, half-and-half, salt and pepper. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook and stir until thoroughly cooked but still moist. Remove from heat.

    3.Spoon cooked egg mixture over crust. Drop cream cheese by teaspoonfuls over eggs. Arrange bacon in spoke fashion on top of pizza.

    4.Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until toppings are thoroughly heated and crust is deep golden brown. Garnish with green onions.
