This is a pretty unique application and considerably useful also if your mobile phone has the option of both internal and external extendible memory. Sometimes it happens that without pc suit you cannot see the contents of the internal memory but can see the contents of the external memory card. This is because the external memory card is access as a USB attachment which is not the case with internal flash memory.
If you want your internal flash memory to appear as a drive in your computer when connected via USB, you should install this application in your windows mobile phone device. Here I must say that this application is compatible only with windows mobile 5 and not with any other version of mobile phones.* What this application basically does is that when connected to a pc, it prevents the mobile phone from accessing the internal flash memory so that it can be interpreted as an external memory.
There are some disadvantages also in the sense that if you expect the data transfer to be faster via USB, to inform you regarding this, itís not going to be the case because the transfer rate depends entirely on the phone hardware and the speed of the internal flash memory. Almost all the mobile phones have slower internal flash memory except the latest mobile phones.
As I said earlier that when you connect to a computer the card will not be accessible by the mobile phone but in the recent version of this application, you can access the card via both mobile phone and the USB simultaneously. That feature can be quite useful considering the situation when you encounter some hardware conflicts, then you have atleast one functional mode to transfer the data.
