PCB finalises Sri Lanka tour itinerary

KARACHI: Pakistan will leave for Colombo for a six-week-long tour of Sri Lanka on June 27 this year. According to the itinerary finalised by the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), the national team is scheduled to play three tests, five One-day International and one Twenty20 International.

Sources in the PCB said on Monday that the first Test will start on July 4 in Galle. The second Test will be played from July 12 followed by the third and final Test from July 20 in Colombo.

The first three matches of the ODI series will be contested at Dambulla on July 30, August 1 and August 3 while the remaining two one-day matches are scheduled to be held on August 7 and August 9 in Colombo.

The only Twenty 20 clash will be played in the Sri Lankan capital on August 12.
