KARACHI: Karachi Afroze will meet Lahore Whites in the final of the 11th National Seniors Cup cricket tournament here at the NBP Sports Complex on Sunday (today).

Fawad Ijaz Khan, chairman of the Pakistan Veterans Cricket Association (PVCA), said on Saturday that the title battle will once again be fought by veterans from Karachi and Lahore. Karachi and Lahore have clashed for the title on the previous ten occasions.

Lahore have won the title on six occasions while Karachi are three-time champions. One of their finals ended in a tie.

Former Pakistan captain Rashid Latif will turn up for Karachi Afroze that will be led by former national player Sajid Ali. Aashiq Qureshi is at the helm of Lahore Whites that includes former Pakistan cricketer Manzoor Illahi.
