    Pyaaz......2 Adad

    {Bareek Aur Lambi Kat lein}

    Lehsan.......1 Gathi {10 se 12 Joye}

    Adrak powder Ya Paste.....{half chaye ka chamch

    Hari Mirch......4 Adad

    {Damiyan Se Kat Lein}

    Namak.....Half chaye ka chamch /Hasb e Zaiqa

    Surkh Mirch....Half Chaye Ka Chamch

    Haldi.....3 chutki k brabar

    Oil.....half piyali

    garam masala
    .....half chaye ka chamch

    hara dhaniya.....bareek kata hua{1 n half khane ka chamch}

    ab aap ne is main 1 glass aur pani dalna hai bus k daal nazar aaye dube nahi halki anch epr pakayein shuru main taiz ho per ubal anay per halki ekr k dhakan rakh dein 10 min baad ap sir f2 min k lityea steam laga lijiye

    us k baad steam se utar k halki anch per dal galne dein kuch min baad check kerte rahein k dal lage na gal jaye daal to bus hara dhaniya daliye aur srving bowl main daal ker garam masala dal ker uper se srv kijiye Chapati ya tandoorri Roti k sath
