Training camp begins for Challenge Cup Hockey Tourney

LAHORE: Pakistan hockey teamís training camp has begun here at the National Hockey Stadium in preparation for the Challenge Cup Hockey Tournament to be held in Argentina.

Probable players practiced at the training camp under the supervision of manager Asif Bajwa and coach Shahid Ali Khan.

Coach Shahid Ali Khan said that Rehan Butt would join the camp tomorrow while Salman Akbar and Waseem Ahmed would take part in training after returning from Holland.

He said that despite success in the World Cup Qualifying Round many weaknesses are still needed to be removed and these would be worked out during this ten-day camp.
