Cricket match tied between LHC and SHC judges

LAHORE: A friendly cricket match played between the teams of the judges of the Lahore High Court (LHC) and the Sindh High Court (SHC) was tied here on Saturday.

The match was played here at the LCCA ground on Labour Day.

Batting first, the SHC judges team made 70 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the allotted ten overs. Justice Anwar Saeed Jamali top-scored with 35.

In reply, the LHC judges team also scored 70. Justice Waqar Mir made 35.

Advocate-General Punjab Khwaja Haris performed wicketkeeping duties.

After the match ended, legal advisor Pakistan Cricket Board Tafazzul Rizvi distributed souvenirs among the judges who participated in the match.
