Pakistan set 192-run target by Aussies
GROS ISLET, Saint Lucia: Australia set an improbable target of 192 runs for Pakistan in their Group ''A'' day-night match in the World Twenty20 here at the Beuasejour Stadium here on Sunday.
Batting first after captain Michael Clarke won the toss, Australia made a huge total of 191 before they were all out in exact 20 overs.
This was Australia''s first match of the tournament and, as widely predicted, they omitted specialist off-spinner Nathan Hauritz and opted for batsmen who could also bowl spin in the likes of captain Michael Clarke and David Hussey.
Pakistan were unchanged from the side that beat Bangladesh by 21 runs in Group A here on Saturday.
