    Default Kari Muttai Kabab

    Kari Muttai Kabab


    Ingredients
    I.
    Minced meat : kilo
    Chilli powder : tsp
    Coriander powder : 1 tsp
    Turmeric powder : tsp
    Salt : tsp
    II.
    Ginger : 1 inch piece
    Garlic : 6 pods
    Cinnamon : 1 inch piece
    Clove : 3
    Green chilli : 2
    III.
    Bread slices : 3
    Egg : 1
    Boiled egg : 1
    Salt : tsp
    Oil : 2 cups

    Method
    Pressure cook the ingredients listed in section I, till it whistles twice.
    Open the cooker and transfer the contents to another pan and fry till the water evaporates and the contents are scrambled.
    Grind this with the items listed in section II, to a thick paste.
    Remove the edges of the bread slices and soak it in water.
    Squeeze out the water, crush and add to the meat mixture.
    Break an egg, salt as needed and knead well.
    Roll 6 balls of the meat mixture.
    Cut the boiled egg lengthwise.
    Take a ball of meat mix and flatten it to a vada.
    Place an egg piece in the centre, close and shape it like an egg.
    Do the same with all the meat mix.
    Heat oil in a frying pan.
    Fry all the balls till they are red.
    Kari muttai kabab can be served with rasam rice and mixed rice.
