100 gm Flour
100 ml Whipped cream
100 ml Milk
25 gm Icing Sugar
25 gm Brown sugar
25 gm Butter
1 1/2 tbsp Melted butter
3 sliced Bananas
1/2 tsp Vanilla Essence
A pinch Cinnamon powder
A pinch Ground nutmeg
Salt to taste
1.In a bowl, sift the flour and sugar, add the melted butter, vanilla essence and salt.
2.Beat the ingredients well until becomes smooth batter.
3.In a hot greased skillet, pour 2 tbsp of batter and spread evenly.
4.Cook the crepes on both sides until gets lightly browned color.
5.Melt the butter in a pan, add the brown sugar, cinnamon powder and nutmeg powder, mix well.
6.Add the cream and cook until the sauce becomes thick.
7.Add half of the bananas in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes and spoon sauce over it.
8.Roll the crepe around each banana half and transfer to serving plate.
9.Spoon the sauce over the crepe and top with cream.
