KARACHI: Iran kabaddi team arrived in Islamabad on Monday morning to undergo a week-long joint training session with the Pakistan team in connection with the preparations for the Asian Games pencilled in for November 12-27 in China.

“We received the 19 members of Iranian team early Monday morning while one member will land here in a couple of days,” the secretary of the Pakistan Kabaddi Federation (PKF) Muhammad Sarwar said.

He said that the tourists will also play a practice game each against Pakistan A, Islamabad, Army and Navy during their trip which will conclude on October 4.
