    Health: How much walking lower heart attack risk?

    One large and long study revealed that
    those persons who were moderately active
    taking daily walk had 30 percent lower
    risk of heart attack then more inactive
    lazy persons. The duration of activity
    and excercise every day is necessary
    from between minimum 30 minits daily,
    walking including other kind of excercise.
