    Balti fish in green masala

    Ingredients
    Beckti fish boneless ½ kg
    Capsicum 1 small
    Coriander leaves ½ bunch
    Mint 2 tbsp
    Yogurt ½ cup
    Cottage cheese 2 tbsp
    Green chilies 6
    Spring onion chopped 1 cup
    Salt 1 tsp
    Sugar 1 tsp
    Garlic crushed 1 tsp
    Ginger chopped 1 tsp
    Oil ½ cup
    Method
    In a blender blend Capsicum 1 small, Coriander leaves ½ bunch, Mint 2 tbsp, Yogurt ½ cup, Cottage cheese 2 tbsp, Green chilies 6, Spring onion chopped 1 cup, Salt 1 tsp, Sugar 1 tsp, Garlic crushed 1 tsp, Ginger chopped 1 tsp and blend for 1 minute, heat oil in a wok add blended mixture, fry for 5 minutes, add in the fish, cook on low flame cover for 10 minutes, and serve hot with paratha or rice.
