LAHORE: Relations between the Australian coach of the Pakistan team and chief selector, Salahuddin Ahmed are yet to show any signs of improvement.

Geo News has been told that Salahuddin has sent a written complaint to the cricket board over the behaviour and attitude of Geoff Lawson.

Communication between the two key figures in Pakistan cricket took a turn for the worse in the April home series against Bangladesh.

Sources say that Salahuddin sent his letter after twice Lawson insulted him and used strong language at a selection meeting over the team.

The source said Lawson a former test player had questioned the credentials of the chief selector and accused him of having no idea of which player was important for the team.
